NSPA Invitational Drill Competition

In holding with one of our founding ideals, "...to provide appropriate recognition of drill ability...", NHQ will sponsor an annual NSPA Invitational Drill Competition. This event will be open to both female and male drill teams from high school JROTC units. Individual units bid and compete to host this event, and a budget will be allotted from NHQ to sponsor this event.

  Royal Blue and White Weekend

This is a weekend of meetings, drill and step competitions, issuing awards and other social functions.  This weekend will be held at Norfolk State University sponsored by the sisters and brothers of R 4-5.  The date is March 28 - 30, 2003.   Registration is now being accepted by mail or online, the site is: WWW.BLUEANDWHITE2003.COM.
